Ingredients for 4 people (Thermomix TM5)
– 4 egg yolks – 50 gr of caster sugar – 300 gr of milk – ½ vanilla pod

Preparation
– Insert the whip. Put the egg yolks, sugar and milk in the bowl. Split the ½ vanilla pod in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with the tip of a knife. Add the seeds and ½ vanilla pod to the contents of the bowl then heat 9 min / 80 ° C / inverted rotation / Speed 2.
– Remove the whip. Pour the custard into a jug or a dish, remove the vanilla pod and serve warm or cold.
