- 150 gr Granulated sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 table spoons of milk
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml sugar cane syrup
- 100 ml rum
Preheat the oven 6 (180)
whisk the Egg yolks with the sugar until it turns white
add hot milk, melted butter, flour and baking powder
whisk the egg white until stand up un peaks
gently mix
Pour the dough into a buttered baking dish in the shape of a crown, bake for 25 minutes
boil the water, sugar cane syrup and rum until it makes a syrup
pour it over the cake until completely absorbed
serve with whipped cream
