Presentation of the AFB

The association is a cross cultural organisation that seeks to enhance the understanding of the French and British ways of life, assist the development language skills amongst members and also offer an enjoyable range of social activities.
Aims of the Association

The aims of the association are:

To encourage integration with the local community enabling the British community to meet local people and help them with knowledge of local customs.

Committee 2024-2025

The association is administered by a committee of 9 association members, elected by members at Annual General Meetings. Elected members serve on the committee on a staggered basis of three year terms. We attempt to ensure there is an ongoing balance of gender and nationality amongst the committee members.
